2018年12月15日，由联合国妇女署、北京王府学校和北京王府公益基金会联合主办的“创建和谐性别关系青年领导力”项目二期启动仪式在北京王府学校隆重举行。联合国副秘书长、联合国妇女署执行主任普姆齐莱·姆兰博·努卡女士参加启动仪式，并与中国青少年进行了对话交流。来自湖州帕丁顿双语学校国际部的慎同学，高同学受邀参加了本次活动。这是湖州帕丁顿双语学校模拟联合国社团与北京王府学校的**次交流项目。让我们也一起到启动仪式现场看一看，感受一下活动的风采吧!

Last Friday, Shen Yilin and Gao Yian were invited to participate in the "United Nations Under-Secretary-General's” Executive Director of the UN Women's Department Ms. Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, to discuss with Chinese Youth and UN women’s agency about the gender equality. The launching ceremony of the II phase of the UN Women’s Department’s “Building a Harmonious Gender Relationship Youth Leadership” project. 联合国妇女署执行主任普姆齐莱·姆兰博·努卡女士出席了启动仪式。努卡博士早期曾在学校担任教职，长期以来一直致力于推动青少年赋权与教育,这也是她将与青少年交流选择作为她在中国初次正式访问参与的唯一一项公共活动的原因。联合国妇女署在**中一直强调推动青少年参与性别平等**的重要性。在本次活动将重申重视青少年的立场，以及联合国妇女署在过去曾为此采取的行动。同时同学们将获得与执行主任及一位国别亲善大使佟大为先生就性别与青少年相关议题展开讨论。

Ms. Phumzile Mlambo- Ngcuka, the executive Director of UN Women, also attended the event. Dr. Nuka has served as a faculty member in the early days and has long been committed to promoting empowerment and education for young people. This is why she will exchange her choices with young people as the only public event she participated in in China for the first time. In its work, UN Women has always emphasized the importance of promoting youth participation in gender equality. In this event, the position of adolescents will be reaffirmed and the actions taken by UN Women in the past. At the same time, students will get discussions with the Executive Director and a country goodwill ambassador, Mr. Da Dawei, on gender and youth issues.

佟大为：联合国妇女署国别亲善u200d大使。他呼吁每个人在生活中都应积极承担起性别平等推广者的角色，同时应重视青少年视角，将青少年所特有的文化和语境融入我们的性别平等宣传教育**中。

“性别平等，青年先行”不仅仅是本次活动的标语，也是联合国妇女署对我们的期望。努卡博士认为“在现代社会，男女不平等关系随着时代的进步也逐渐减少，并且发展成为一个“男女平等的社会”而佟大为作为国别亲善大使认为“男主外，女主内”的观点在现如今已经过时，他在演讲中倡导大家从小事做起，消除引起社会性别不平等的固有偏见，同时他也从一个父亲的角度说到：对于自己的三个孩子，不能因为性别关系去约束一个孩子热爱的东西，对于孩子们的爱好无论是那种，无论合不合适都愿意支持孩子们的想法。北京王府基金会理事会长潘军也认为“现如今女学霸逐渐比男学霸要多，男生学理科和女生学文科”并不是根深蒂固的。

Dr. Ngcuka believes that “in modern society, the unequal relationship between men and women has gradually diminished with the progress of the times, and it has developed into a ‘social system of equality between men and women’ and has become a national ambassador who believes that ‘male and female, female’ The point of view is now obsolete. In his speech, he advocated everyone to start small things and eliminate the inherent prejudice that causes gender inequality. At the same time, he also said from a father’s point of view: for his three children, do not constrain a child's favorite things because of their gender, whether it is the kind of hobbies for children, whether they are suitable or not, they are willing to support the children's ideas. Pan Jun, the president of the Beijing Royal Foundation, also believes that "now female scholars gradually become more male than men." There is a lot of learning, and the science of boys and girls is not ingrained.

在性别平等主题对话中，同学们向努卡女士提问：在她做教师之前，在学校中存在哪些性别问题?在学校中如何开展性别平等教育?

努卡女士认为：在学校教学过程中，男生和女生接受的对待常常是不一样，应当通过相关培训活动让老师学习相关知识，让女生了解自己的权利。在日常生活中，每个人要注意自己在公众面前的言行，因为有可能由于你的一些负能量而毁掉别人，也有可能由于你的正能量而改变一些人，不要语言暴力，提倡人人平等。她寄语年轻的学子们在学校中开展性别平等教育，应勇于打破固有性别的偏见，做自己喜欢的事情。

In the gender equality Q&A panel, the students asked Ms. Nuka: What gender problems existed in the school between her teachers? How to develop gender equality education in schools? In daily life, students should pay attention to themselves in front of the public. It may destroy many people because of some negative energy. It may also change many people because of your positive energy. Do not use language violence to promote equality for all.

在仪式的最后，同学们见证了“创建和谐性别关系青年领导力项目启动仪式”，见证了勋章领发，并且参加了庄严的宣誓仪式。

性别平等是联合国17个可持续发展目标之一，此次联合国妇女署携手国内学校启动“创建和谐性别关系青年领导力”二期项目，希望扩大试点项目的规模及范围，覆盖来自不同文化背景的青少年人群，增强青少年对于“性别平等是达成2030年可持续发展议程的基础和前提”观点的了解，希望通过大家的共同努力，让更多的孩子通过项目受益，成长为更好的世界合格公民，为推动全球化性别平等、维护妇女儿童合法权益、构建人类命运共同体做出我们重大的贡献。小帕参与这次活动，在深感荣幸之余，更感到责无旁贷、义不容辞。小帕的“模拟联合国”社团就是这样一个窗口，带领小帕学子开始走向国际、对话重大国际话题。

中国有古语云：“一阴一阳之谓道”，刚柔并济，世界才能和谐。随着人类社会的发展和文明的进步，性别暴力、性别歧视、性别偏见都应在更多人的关注下，慢慢退出历史舞台。我们需要更多人参与到平等性别关系的创建事业中来。让平等自由的光芒遍洒小帕，遍洒全球，让男性女性都能在阳光下平等生活、平等**、平等追梦。
