2018年10月25日，又到了湖州帕丁顿双语学校的模拟联合国课程，来自杭州的模联培训教师Tina老师给学生们带来了丰富的活动和知识讲授。

模拟联合国课程

国家是否应该拥有核武器?

首先，同学们开展了关于国家是否应该拥有和核武器的辩论。正反双方从核武器的威胁，核武器对国家安全的保护，核能对于人类的意义，核泄漏与环境保护等角度展开了激烈的辩论。Tina老师根据同学们的辩论，引导同学们发现核武器并非仅仅在国家之间使用，核武器同样可能跟恐怖组织和恐怖行为发生关系。同学们在辩论后，不仅收获了知识锻炼了思维，也获取了思考问题的全新角度。

关于国际儿童人权问题

接着，Tina老师讲授了关于国际儿童人权的相关知识，同学们深入细致的了解了关于儿童人口贩卖，儿童贩毒，儿童乞讨，家庭暴力，性别平等，童兵，童工等知识。正如Tina老师所说，我们在拥有富足的生活时，不要忘记世界上还有很多孩子生活在辛酸的生活之中，我们也许不能改变世界，但是我们应该**同情和了解世界。在完成知识的讲授之后，Tina老师给大家布置了一个题为“是否应该严格立法禁止童工”的辩论。同学们进行了激烈的辩论。虽然对于同学们来说，核武器、童工等问题似乎离他们的生活和学习十分遥远，但他们的兴趣和投入只增不减。

Look! Also on Thursday's model UN course, Tina, a training teacher from Hangzhou, brought a wealth of activities and knowledge to the students.

First, the students conducted a debate about whether the state should have nuclear weapons. The pros and cons of the two sides have launched a heated debate on the threat of nuclear weapons, the protection of nuclear weapons against national security, the significance of nuclear energy for humanity, nuclear leakage and environmental protection. According to the debates of the students, Tina led the students to discover that nuclear weapons are not only used between countries. Nuclear weapons may also be related to terrorist organizations and terrorist acts. After the debate, the students not only gained knowledge and exercised their thinking, but also acquired a new perspective on thinking.

Then, Teacher Tina gave a lecture on the human rights of international children. The students learned about child trafficking, child drug trafficking, child begging, domestic violence, gender equality, child soldiers, child labor and other in-depth knowledge. As Tina said, when we have a rich life, don't forget that there are still many children in the world living in a bitter life. We may not be able to change the world, but we should learn to be sympathetic and understand the world. After completing the teaching of the knowledge, Teacher Tina gave a debate on whether the legislation should be strictly prohibited to prohibit child labor. The students had a heated debate, although for students, politics was far from their lives and learning, but their interest and investment only increased.

新时代的青年学生不应是两耳不闻窗外事的书呆子，更不应是只管脚下和自我的鼠目寸光者和自私者，他们应该放眼去看世界，关注整个世界整个人类，成为小帕一心要培养的那种具有“民族情怀、现代技能和国际视野”的现代公民。模拟联合国这样的拓展课程，给了生活在学校和家庭小圈子里的当代学生们一个平台，去了解纷繁复杂的世界，关注人类共同面临的问题。在这样的课程中，我们看到了小帕学子们的热情和智慧，眼界和思维，他们正一点一滴地积累着进步着，向着优秀的现代公民走去。
