在这里学什么？ At Southampton you can develop your language skills and deepen your understanding of Spanish and Portuguese speaking societies and cultures. We offer a wide range of courses in Portuguese and Brazilian studies, focusing on the 19th and 20th centuries. We are strong in several major areas of Latin American studies, in particular, cultural studies, sociolinguistics, history and politics. Latin American courses are available to all students who study Spanish and/or Portuguese, and you may choose to spend your third year in Brazil. Modern languages and linguistics at Southampton is ranked fifth in the UK for the quality of our research (REF 2014). Teaching and learning is supported by three research centres, Transnational Studies, Global Englishes and Applied Language Research.所属院系

为来自中国的学生设计 To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need: First year of a relevant degree from a high ranked Chinese university, with an average grade of at least 70-80% . National Senior High School Certificate (three years), achieving an overall Grade B (80%) with minimum B (80%) in subjects relevant to the chosen undergraduate course. Students completing two years of Senior High School should have achieved 85%, National Senior High School Certificate (for both two and three years), achieving an overall 85% with 85% in maths and physics. National Senior High School Certificate (three years) achieving 80% overall, with 80% in both biology and chemistry. Students completing two years should achieve 85% overall with 855 in biology and chemistry. IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in all components.课程信息
