在这里学什么？ You will explore all forms of ocean life, and gain the right skills to work around the globe, with Southampton’s fantastic BSc Marine Biology degree. Our three-year course covers a range of diverse topics from deep ocean hydrothermal vents to shallow coastal lagoons. It offers you a broad spectrum of biological training and appropriate skills in organismal biology and ecology within the specific context of marine systems. You will be based at our unique Waterfront Campus at the world-leading National Oceanography Centre Southampton (NOCS), students are able to make use of the excellent teaching labs and cutting-edge research labs as well as our fleet of research vessels which are only a 10 minute walk from the lecture theatres. As part of your course you will spend a significant amount of time on our research vessels carrying out boat-based field work and getting hands on experience. Over the course of this degree you will gain a unique and diverse knowledge and practical skills that are relevant to current global and environmental challenges, so that by graduation you will have a suite of highly respected biological and oceanographic skills. 为来自中国的学生设计 To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need: First year of a relevant degree from a high ranked Chinese university, with an average grade of at least 70-80% . National Senior High School Certificate (three years), achieving an overall Grade B (80%) with minimum B (80%) in subjects relevant to the chosen undergraduate course. Students completing two years of Senior High School should have achieved 85%, National Senior High School Certificate (for both two and three years), achieving an overall 85% with 85% in maths and physics. National Senior High School Certificate (three years) achieving 80% overall, with 80% in both biology and chemistry. Students completing two years should achieve 85% overall with 855 in biology and chemistry. IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in all components.课程信息
