在这里学什么？ At Southampton our Electronic Engineering graduates have a world-leading reputation for creative solutions based on cutting-edge knowledge and state-of-the-art technical skills. Our four-year MEng Electronic Engineering with Nanotechnology degree focuses on the design and implementation of secure electronic systems and builds on our BEng Electronic Engineering degree. This programme will allow you to explore the underpinning physics of state-of-the-art nanoscale electronic, as well as their design and fabrication. Key areas of study include integrated circuit design, digital system synthesis, very-large-scale integration design, silicon technology and devices and nanotechnology. In your third and fourth years you will have the opportunity to select from an extensive range of specialist technical modules and you will participate in a group project that will aim to solve a real industry problem. This project will test and further develop your technical skills but also will develop your management skills as you will work in a team that needs to deliver a solution to a real engineering problem. Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Southampton are Ranked number 6 in the UK (Guardian University Guide 2020) and we are first in the UK for volume and quality of our electrical and electronic engineering research (REF 2014). We have an unrivalled reputation for our facilities, and have recently invested £8m in our teaching labs. We also have a £100m state-of-the-art interdisciplinary clean room complex and high-voltage laboratory. Our renowned teaching staff prepare our students to work in a wide variety of areas and fields; we have strong relationships with employers, and our graduates are particularly in demand for their understanding of organisations and their practical abilities in the workplace. We have our own Careers Hub website, run an annual careers fair and have a dedicated startup incubator, Future Worlds, to support student enterprise. 为来自中国的学生设计 To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need: First year of a relevant degree from a high ranked Chinese university, with an average grade of at least 70-80% . National Senior High School Certificate (three years), achieving an overall Grade B (80%) with minimum B (80%) in subjects relevant to the chosen undergraduate course. Students completing two years of Senior High School should have achieved 85%, National Senior High School Certificate (for both two and three years), achieving an overall 85% with 85% in maths and physics. National Senior High School Certificate (three years) achieving 80% overall, with 80% in both biology and chemistry. Students completing two years should achieve 85% overall with 855 in biology and chemistry. IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in all components.课程信息
