在这里学什么？ Politics and economics are intimately interlinked, and it has never been more important to understand these two crucial disciplines together. Our BSc Politics and Economics provides a thorough grounding in both politics and economics, with a range of optional modules allowing you to select specialist areas to suit your interests. The programme will help you gain a deep understanding of the foundations of both subjects, through study of political systems, international relations, democratic politics, political ideas, macro- and microeconomics, statistics and mathematics for economics. Develop your own interests through optional modules, such as those in international trade and policy, development economics, the politics of the EU, and Chinese politics.Our BSc degree is designed to develop skills in analytical and critical thinking, as well as highly valued independent research skills. Graduates from this BSc are well placed to pursue careers in national and international political and economic institutions, the civil service, finance and business, and think tanks and advocacy organisations.所属院系

为来自中国的学生设计 To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need: First year of a relevant degree from a high ranked Chinese university, with an average grade of at least 70-80% . National Senior High School Certificate (three years), achieving an overall Grade B (80%) with minimum B (80%) in subjects relevant to the chosen undergraduate course. Students completing two years of Senior High School should have achieved 85%, National Senior High School Certificate (for both two and three years), achieving an overall 85% with 85% in maths and physics. National Senior High School Certificate (three years) achieving 80% overall, with 80% in both biology and chemistry. Students completing two years should achieve 85% overall with 855 in biology and chemistry. IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in all components.课程信息
