在这里学什么？ Study the mechanisms of life and the underlying causes of human disease with Southampton’s BSc Biomedical Sciences degree.Your three -year degree programme provides in-depth training across biomedical sciences with a strong focus on the science driving forward modern clinical practice.Biomedical science is making a difference today in a number of vital areas including investigating potential treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, finding the causes of cystic fibrosis and improving our understanding and treatment of cancer. Your learning will encompass all areas of human physiology and allow you to combine interests in biochemistry, physiology, neuroscience, cell biology, genetics, microbiology and pharmacology. You will develop your biomedical laboratory and research skills under the guidance of our world-leading staff.Our graduates often progress onto medicine and healthcare pathways, the clinical professions or research.
