专业概况

在这里学什么？ Criminology focuses on the causes and consequences of crime, as well as how the criminal justice system responds to crime. Criminologists are interested in how activities come to be defined as criminal, and why definitions of crime vary across countries and over time. The subject includes a wide range of social and psychological theories that attempt to explain criminal behaviour and the effective operation of the criminal justice system.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students will also study following qualifications: University Entrance Examinaton (Gaokao); GCE A-Levels; International Foundation Programme; Senior High School Certificate (Gau Hui); Foundation Programme; International Baccalaureate; GCSE or relevant equivalent. Minimum English Langauge requirements - 6.0 with minimum of 5.5 in all four elements of the test. Please refer the university website for details of the English Language requirements for entry to individual undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.
