专业概况

在这里学什么？ This programme equips you with the skills to pursue a career within biological sciences, in disciplines such as molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology and immunology. Career options include clinical, food & beverage, environmental or industrial sectors, research and teaching. Graduates are eligible for membership of the Royal Society of BiologyWork-related learning is available, including an optional 12-week placement or one-year sandwich placement. Students have undertaken placements with organisations such as the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow, Devro and Controlled Therapeutics (Scotland) Ltd.Career paths include research; analysis; production and quality assurance; sales and marketing; clinical trials and the traditional bio-industries such as brewing and food processing.
